Pressure Drop Comparison Among Different Hydraulic Correlations

In this jupyter notebook I have compared five different correlations to calculate pressure drop in a small line modification project. The methods compared are:

  1. Churchill
  2. Serghide
  3. Goudar-Sonnad
  4. Tkachenko, Milekovskyi
  5. Moody Chart

The main features of this sheet that I used two python libraries to make output reader friendly

  1. handcalcs (symbolic mathematics renderer)
  2. forallpeople (a customisable unit library)
